A learning journey from working on a highly targeted and successful project helping 18-35 yr olds become more engaged with their finances… to that youth focus approach becoming the BNZ personal banking experience for all. For better and worse.
Nominally leading the UX and Design of personal online banking on web with a great small design team, although principally hands on with project work. Very much embedded with the agile product owners, devs and testing teams for great collaboration and bouncing of ideas, plus amazingly regular chats with diverse customers for insight.
